A leading health tech company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an engineering squad fully remote. The successful candidate will coach and mentor engineers while partnering with Product and Design to shape roadmaps for a fast-growing consumer health app. They should have a proven track record in a product-led, agile environment, with deep technical expertise in mobile platforms. This role offers a competitive salary up to €110,000 and the chance to make an impact on users' health.

Formación

• Proven experience managing engineering teams in a product-oriented context.
• Strong understanding of Android development is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor engineers through 1 : 1s and unblock challenges.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap and solve user problems.
• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Align with other EMs and stakeholders across squads.
• Contribute to org-level planning and strategy.

• Has proven EM experience in a product-led, agile environment
• Brings deep technical expertise in Android or iOS (ideally Android)
• Is a strategic partner to Product, not just an execution lead
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Can influence across teams and drive alignment

Bonus if you have

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
• Worked in larger engineering teams (20+ devs)
• Background in health, nutrition, or similar domains
• Experience across both mobile platforms
