This is a fully remote role for residents in Spain. Candidates must have experience with Workday, strong Microsoft Office skills, and fluency in German and English. The position requires collaboration with an international team and innovative content creation. Ideal candidates demonstrate a structured and reliable working style.

Formación

• Resident in Spain and no employment outside Spain.

We Are Hiring

Junior Consultant (Workday)

Location: Spain (Remote) – 100% remote from your home base in Spain (not intended for continuous travel).

Mandatory requirement

You are resident in Spain (no employment outside Spain).

Responsibilities

• Create Workday end‑user enablement materials (quick reference guides, click guides, step‑by‑step instructions)
• Produce Workday explainer videos with step‑by‑step guidance for end users
• Support communication assets such as FAQs, intranet articles, email templates and short updates
• Build and refine PowerPoint presentations for enablement sessions and stakeholder updates (HR management, senior leaders, executives)
• Coordinate reviews and keep deliverables up to date (versioning, documentation, content quality)
• Collaborate closely with a small, international team of internal and external colleagues

Qualifications

Must‑have

• Workday experience as an end user (TOP priority); implementation exposure is a strong plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent PowerPoint skills
• Fluent (business‑level) German and English, written and spoken
• Structured, reliable working style and a passion for creating clear, modern content

Nice‑to‑have

• Good Spanish skills; additional languages are a plus
• Experience in HR IT projects, training, change, or internal communications
• Experience creating video‑based click instructions (e.g., Clipchamp, Synthesia, etc.)
• Long‑term role within a large international program
• High flexibility in working hours (within an international project environment)
• Fast learning curve and direct collaboration with Senior Consultants
• Small, dynamic team with short decision paths and a pragmatic mindset
