The Growth Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving scalable, data-driven growth for PulseMediaNL. This high-impact position is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. Leveraging a deep understanding of user behavior, performance analytics, and emerging marketing technologies, the Growth Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives to identify high-leverage growth opportunities, test innovative campaigns, and scale successful tactics. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, and performance channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social, content, referral programs).
- Lead A / B testing and experimentation programs to optimize user acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to implement tracking, attribution models, and growth loops.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms to derive actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) with a focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Build and scale automated marketing workflows (e.g., drip campaigns, re-engagement sequences) using marketing automation platforms.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify new growth levers and opportunities.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Own the customer journey from awareness to advocacy, ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices and emerging tools in growth marketing, AI-driven personalization, and predictive analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy, with a proven track record of driving scalable growth.
- Expertise in data analysis and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4, SQL, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel optimization, and customer lifetime value (LTV) metrics.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo) and experimentation frameworks (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) models and SaaS marketing ecosystems is highly advantageous.
