ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an IoT Field Support Engineer, you will be a key part of the SecondSky Data team, supporting the deployment and operation of our IoT sensor systems across Spain and worldwide. These include cutting-edge sensors that feed data into our intuitive SaaS platform.
You’ll work hands-on with sensors and cloud systems, provide first-line support for both hardware and software, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement to our customers. We’ll train you in our technology, so while experience in IoT or agriculture is a plus, it’s not essential.
This is a remote-first role based in Spain, with a strong preference for candidates located in Southern Andalucía (East coast) Málaga, Granada, or Almería, due to regular travel needs in Almería and surrounding regions.
