A leading tech company is seeking a regional HR lead to manage HR operations and partner with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading HR initiatives in tech across regions, with strong business partnering skills and an analytical approach. The role offers a fully remote working environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for development.
With 1,000 colleagues across 70 countries, we require an HR function that thinks and acts globally. We're looking for three regional leads that will report to our Global Head of People to help build our company during continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our HR function.
You will lead the HR teams in the Americas or EMEA, providing precise, compliant, and scalable HR operations, advising on HR issues across the employee lifecycle, and partnering with senior regional leadership. An analytical approach, keen attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data trends are essential.
Willing to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
