Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team in Spain. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat communications in Danish and English.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement by sharing customer insights and suggestions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Occasional weekend or holiday support may be required based on business needs.
