Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team in Spain. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat communications in Danish and English.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Contribute to process improvement by sharing customer insights and suggestions.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in Danish (written and spoken).
- Strong command of English for internal communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client support role preferred.
- Prior experience in a remote or international work environment will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position based in Spain.
- Flexible schedule aligned with Central European Time (CET).
- Occasional weekend or holiday support may be required based on business needs.
