Position Summary

RK is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Part-Time Project Manager to oversee and coordinate cross-functional projects. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing timelines, resources, and communications, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
• Facilitate regular check-ins, stand-ups, and update meetings with team members
• Manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary to leadership
• Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external partners or vendors
• Track project performance, analyzing outcomes to improve future projects
• Maintain detailed project documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience (part-time or full-time)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in project management, business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification
