What You'll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and performance development.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Support organizational change and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, labor law compliance, and employee relations.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and internal communication strategies.
• Search the best IT talent.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience working in international environments.
• High level of English (C1 or above); Portuguese is a plus.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
• IT Recruitment experience, especially in international contexts.
• Living in Spain with a valid work permit.
