Our mission is to empower the next generation with the skills they need to succeed in a technology-driven world.Responsibilities:- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.- Manage and coordinate tax audits and tax notices.- Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.- Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide well-documented conclusions.- Review and ensure the accuracy of tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.- Stay informed about new tax laws and regulations and advise management on potential impacts.- Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial planning and decision-making.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- CPA license in the United States.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CPA firm, focusing on tax preparation and planning.- Extensive experience in filing personal and business taxes.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.- An Enrolled Agent (EA) in LATAM with US CPA credentials is also acceptable.What We Offer:- Flexible Working Hours:- 100% Remote Work:- Competitive USD Salary:- Generous Paid Time Off / Vacations:- Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave:- **Local Holidays
