What will you do?

As a Freelance Remote Recruiter, you are the key link between talent and our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently, source candidates, and place them at renowned companies. Your focus will be on BPO and Sales profiles, but other sectors may also be involved.

• Actively searching for and approaching suitable candidates via various channels
• Conducting screenings and interviews
• Guiding candidates through the application process
• Collaborating with our team to achieve the perfect match
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate and client network

Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written)
• Experience with BPO and Sales profiles is a big plus
• Available to work full-time or part-time with a results-driven focus
• Registered as a freelancer within Europe
• Driven, proactive, and 100% committed
