We’re seeking a detail-driven, organized, and curious Operations Associate to help Runestone stay aligned and efficient as we scale. In this role, you’ll focus on internal structure, team enablement, and lightweight partner coordination. Most importantly, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting and maintaining our core products from an operational perspective—ensuring milestones are tracked, key learnings are captured, and stakeholders stay informed.

• Internal Operations & Workflow Support
• Build and maintain internal spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards to support the data and product teams.
• Create, update, and organize documentation across projects, partners, and product initiatives.
• Develop templates and frameworks that improve internal workflows and team communication.
• Organize materials related to integrity initiatives, product planning, and event timelines.
• Assist in cross-departmental collaboration by ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate occasional partner updates or follow-ups, guided by senior team members.

• Product Operations & Milestone Management
• Act as an operational owner for Runestone’s core products by helping maintain roadmaps, update progress trackers, and flag blockers.
• Track milestones and delivery timelines across product initiatives, ensuring consistent internal visibility.
• Capture and circulate key learnings from product development cycles, launches, and iterations.
• Help structure post-launch documentation to support product growth, adoption, and partner communication.
• Coordinate between product, data, and commercial teams to ensure feedback loops are closed and priorities remain aligned.

• You have 2 years of experience in a relevant Esports company.
• You’re detail-obsessed and love creating clean, useful spreadsheets and documentation.
• You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• You’re comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
• You’re curious about the esports industry and want to be close to product innovation.
• Bonus: You’ve worked in esports, media, or tech startups before, or supported operations in fast-moving teams.
