We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Staffing Consultant to join our growing team.
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Schedule: Flexible (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs
- Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication
- Update recruitment dashboards and track hiring progress
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives
- Support internal talent development within the organization
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills with proven success in identifying top talent
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and social media for recruitment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor is preferred
- Reliable, organized, and able to commit to at least 30 hours per week
