Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and layouts using Archicad, ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope and deliverables
• Produce high-quality graphic designs, including 2D and 3D renderings, presentations, and marketing materials
• Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendations
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in design documentation and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proficient in Archicad software with experience in architectural design and documentation, mainly for Residential Projects
• Previous experience working for the US or European Markets
• Experience in creating high-quality 2D and 3D renderings and presentations
• Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Portfolio showcasing previous architectural work in Archicad
• Open to work on Full-Time positions, as well as Part-Time or flexible Per Hour formats
