Opportunity

The APM (Alternative Payment Methods) Sales Specialist will drive sales and adoption of non-card payment solutions within the payments ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments landscape, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the adoption of non-card payment solutions in Africa and APAC.
  • Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from incorporating non-card payment methods into their payment offerings.
  • Expand and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell non-card payment solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to non-card payment adoption.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored non-card payment solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of non-card payment methods and how they can enhance the client’s payment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the payments industry, particularly related to non-card payment methods in Africa and APAC.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of non-card payment solutions.
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications
  • Advanced English
  • Experience selling non-card payment methods and knowledge of the payments industry in Africa and APAC
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
