We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer who would like to grow with us!

As a Software Engineer for the AI Agents team at Bynder, you will be part of a cross-functional product team that owns a customer-facing product. You will work closely together with Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Engineers, and Product Managers in the same team.

What will you do:

• Create a technical vision to bring Bynder's platform and our way of working to the next level.
• Write and maintain code, leading by example - mostly Java-based.
• Work closely with product managers to build the product our users need.
• Uphold best engineering practices.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Solicit and offer honest, constructive, direct, and actionable feedback - to help others learn and grow.

What will you bring as a Software Engineer:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience in developing and shipping a large-scale web application.
• Experience implementing highly available distributed systems/microservices.
• Experience building scalable backend APIs.
• Experience working with databases - relational and non-relational.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Experience with Automated Testing.
