NewCold’s continuous growth means we are constantly recruiting people all over the world to join the company and help building our success. For our global Engineering Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Engineer to join our team.

As a Project Engineer you are responsible for managing the engineering on NewCold warehouse construction projects.

You will be:

• Managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs
• Overseeing product construction and testing to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible
• Evaluating and improving the changes that substantially impact the scope, budget or schedule of a project
• Monitoring the engineering process based on quality and Total Cost of Ownership
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Providing input regarding project outcomes and resolving escalated issues arising from operations in coordination with another department
• Giving engineering Life-cycle support to built-up warehouses
• Providing support to Business Development initiatives

• Master’s degree or relevant experience in Electrical Engineering
• At least 4 to 10 years of engineering project experience in logistic real estate
• Experience in leading smaller engineering project teams
• Willing to travel on a fairly regular basis
• Comfortable working in an international and dynamic work environment
• Highly proficient in English, any other European language is a plus
