Job Description
  • Participation in needs‑gathering workshops with CIB HR teams.
  • Support and advice to local teams during requirement‑gathering, covering data‑dictionary mapping for migration, HR‑process workflows, and detailed interface specifications.
  • Translation of business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Configuration and parameterization of Oracle HCM modules according to the functional specifications.
  • Preparation of functional documentation (user manuals, configuration guides, etc.).
  • Participation in the testing phase (scenario preparation, execution, anomaly monitoring), especially for the data‑migration and integration streams within the CIB ecosystem, including local payrolls.
  • Support to key users during UAT and training phases.
  • Provision of post‑go‑live functional support.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in HR systems analysis, requirements engineering, functional design, test planning, user training, and vendor management.
  • Extensive experience in data integration and platform migration projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and to identifying process exceptions in early phases.
  • Advanced Spanish and English skills.
