You will be taking calls and enquiries from German customers regarding the client’s products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide expert product knowledge, offering accurate details on drone features, specifications, and usage.
- Assist with product setup and troubleshooting, ensuring customers can easily operate their products.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including problems with hardware, software, and accessories.
- Process orders efficiently, handling returns, exchanges, and customer requests with care.
- Monitor and update customers on order status, keeping them informed throughout the purchasing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including the latest drone models and software developments.
- Offer personalized recommendations, helping customers choose products that best fit their needs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding service quality expectations.
- Gather feedback and provide insights, contributing to product and service improvements.
