This role involves evaluating production needs, leading Master Production meetings, and maintaining planning tools. Candidates should have an engineering or economics background, at least 3 years of customer support experience, and be fluent in English and Spanish. Formación

  • Educated in an Engineer, Economics degree or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support.

Job Description

An opportunity for a material customer support has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space, Tablada (Sevilla)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The MATERIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT delivers optimized and realistic production plan for electrical assemblies and elementary part, taking into account customer need dates, actual production schedule and available capacity (manpower, machine, material); he contributes the monthly meeting according to MPS Process to be consistent with Operations Planning process.

Your main mission will be :

  • Launch monthly routine, on mid term horizon.
  • Evaluate the programs and production requirements, including recovery plans.
  • Define associated production scenarii based on plant calendar and all resources availability.
  • Propose the best solution to meet the programs / plants requirements using production scenarii achieved.
  • Prepare and participate or lead the Master Production meetings involving all the stakeholders.
  • Obtain the commitments and to challenge attendees not to postpone the planning every time.
  • Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.
  • Make the planning respected (accountable).
  • Maintain planning parameters and models in the planning tools.
  • Update SAP.
SKILLS
  • Educated in an Engineer, Economics degree or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support
  • Team work and adaptation are a must for this position
  • Strong communication skills including active listening and empathy
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish.
  • German or French would be an asset.
