A leading retention platform is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth across EU and US markets. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, handling inbound and outbound leads, and building client relationships. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong skills in sales strategy and communication. This is a full-remote position with a CET/CEST working schedule.

Independent Contractor (Autónomo), full-remote.
This role does not constitute an employment relationship. The contractor is responsible for managing their own taxes and social contributions.
As an Account Executive at Growave, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth across the EU and US markets. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound leads, build relationships with eCommerce brands, and help them unlock the full potential of Growave’s platform.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct intro and demo calls with prospective clients in English and Spanish (other European languages are a plus).
Identify client needs, goals, and pain points to position Growave effectively.
Convert leads into long-term clients and expand existing subscriptions.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams for a seamless client journey.
Maintain and develop key accounts, including partner agencies.
Track progress in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and competitor offerings.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or BDR / SDR roles within SaaS, Shopify, or eCommerce industries - required.
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages like French, German, or Portuguese are a plus).
Strong skills in sales strategy, communication, and relationship building.
Goal-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
Adaptable and effective in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
