A leading legal services firm is seeking an experienced qualified Lawyer to join on a freelance basis. In this fully remote role, you'll negotiate investment-related NDAs and Engagement Letters. Candidates should be licensed to practice in the UK, Europe, USA, or Canada, have 5+ years of experience in corporate law, and be fluent in French or German. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours commitment per week, with competitive compensation based on workload.

Formación

• 5+ years of corporate / transactional law experience, in-house or private practice.
• Experience with asset managers or investment banks is preferable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead negotiation of investment-related legal documents.
• Manage contract process from initial review to execution.
• Collaborate with global lawyers and paralegals.
