Mission

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a proven track record of creating compelling and innovative advertising campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively lead projects from concept to completion.

Job functions :

Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality creative work that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve the final output.
Oversee the production process, ensuring that all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
