A customer experience company in Málaga is seeking a Customer Service Agent for Nespresso. You will assist customers with inquiries and technical support regarding coffee products. The ideal candidate speaks fluent Danish and English and has a positive attitude towards customer service. This role offers a permanent full-time contract and various employee benefits.

Your main responsibility will be to answer questions and find solutions for problems related to orders, deliveries, payments, and technical support for coffee machines.
