Formación

What you’ll do
  • Manage and record goods deliveries.
  • Record of F&B costs into the General Ledger System.
  • Adhere to all cost control procedures (where applicable create new procedures).
  • Update costings.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation / authorisation processes.
  • Process F&B accruals.
  • Monitor inventories of F&B to increase inventory turnover.
  • Participate in month end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock and other tasks.
  • Carry out weekly stock takes and evaluating potentials.
  • Help with and maintain purchasing agreements.
  • Maintain purchase system and ensure all items are up to date.
  • To check and verify all reconciled inventory reports with book balance, actual count and unit costs. Troubleshoot if necessary.
  • To be sure, all the cost reports, daily, monthly, and yearly, are prepared and submitted on time.
  • Verify and reconcile daily cash deposits against PMS reports.
  • Coordinate withdrawals and change orders.
  • Ensure internal controls are followed to prevent fraud or theft.
Requisitos
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
  • +2 years of experience in a hotels accounting department.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • You take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
  • You learn quickly and adapt to SLSs unique culture.
