A hospitality company in Niedersachsen seeks an experienced bartender to provide exceptional service and mix beverages adhering to set recipes. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in a high-volume bar, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service. Physical demands include standing for long periods and lifting objects up to 75 lbs. This position is based in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Serves Cocktail servers and guests. Delivers exceptional guest service as defined by the company. Ensure all product is stored properly at the end of each shift. Maintains correct inventory and logs inventory as needed. Works independently under the management of the Beverage department. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
