By understanding the influencing market conditions within the business line, you will establish and grow profitable market positions worldwide in the relevant segment and become part of our automotive success story.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Generate and optimize the Microcontroller product strategy & portfolio in line with distribution strategy
• Drive the product business development & introduction at lead customers and support the promotion on mass market
• Set-up market introduction plans as well as define distribution & multi market strategies for Automotive Microcontrollers
• Conduct the pricing strategy & special quotes as well as leverage input for capacity planning
• Define and execute the Marcom strategy & PR execution (e.g. articles, trade shows, Internet, speeches, etc.)
• Create and provide fighting guides & application specific articles to our internal sales team

Your Profile
As Manager Product Marketing Microcontroller you have a great sense for profitable business ideas and focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer real added value to your customers. Furthermore, you are able to work successfully across boundaries and quickly establish lasting relationships and networks due to your communication and stakeholder management skills.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in technical marketing, business development or field application engineering related tasks, ideally within the semiconductor market
• A strong emphasis on winning projects and driving revenue, preferably within the growing field of Microcontrollers and distribution
• The ability to understand technically complex contexts in order to consolidate and present those on a management level
• An energetic mindset combined with a structured, self-organized working style and the willingness to travel
• Excellent English communication skills, German language skills would be a great advantage
