Due to ongoing success, Finance in Motion is seeking a Business Analysis Associate (m/f/d).

The IT department supports the company's strategy by providing secure automation systems to enhance investment operations. It manages internal systems and cloud services. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Frankfurt office to further automate and optimize business processes through robust software solutions. The new colleague will also play a key role in the BA competence center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build interfaces between IT and Business units
• Understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support Business teams in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently
• Define and manage business requirements during projects, including UAT and analysis activities
• Develop training and communication materials for system users
• Facilitate dialogue among BAs to understand needs and challenges, supporting high-value projects
• Maintain and improve BA processes, procedures, and tools, and support training and the BA Forum
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

What we expect:

• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, with Product Owner experience as a plus
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with cost/benefit analysis, build or buy decisions, and Business Impact Analysis
• Familiarity with MS tools like SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps, Power Platform/Automate
• Proficiency with BA tools such as mock-up builders and process designers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Creative, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous
