Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience: designing digital products as a UX designer, information architect, or in a similar role.
• Degree: Preferably in design, computer science, psychology, or a related field.
• Online portfolio or work samples: Demonstration of relevant experience.
• Language skills: Proficient in both German and English.

• UX Research: Conducting interviews, surveys, user tests, and creating personas.
• User Flows and Wireframes: Designing user flow diagrams and wireframes.
• Prototype creation: Developing interactive prototypes for concept validation.
• Usability and User Acceptance Testing: Conducting usability tests and analyzing feedback.
• UX Writing: Crafting user-friendly text for user interfaces.
• Analytical skills: Experience in interpreting analytics tools.
