The role includes onboarding new clients and optimizing ad performance. Applicants should have a BA/BS degree, 1-2 years in online advertising, and be fluent in German and proficient in English. Relocation assistance to Barcelona is provided along with a permanent contract and bonuses.

Were looking for a tech-savvy, creative German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to help clients develop their first Google Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and create impactful PPC campaigns.
- Understand client needs and goals to optimize ad performance.
- Drive upselling and sustainable ad spending.
- Manage a high volume of daily phone consultations with potential clients.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
- Strong communication skills for phone consultations and proposal writing.
- Excellent time management and analytical abilities.
- Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English.
- In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain

- Full-time, Monday to Friday (39h/week).
- Salary: EUR23,876 + up to EUR3,408 in bonuses.
