Customer Service Representative (German Speaker) Relocation to Greece – job openings
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues or product concerns and provide accurate information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
- Accurately log all interactions and update customer records
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1 level or above)
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- EU citizenship or eligibility to work in Greece
