Associate Director Brand Partnerships (All Gender)


As the Associate Director Brand Partnerships you will be responsible for the day-to-day new business initiatives (endemic and non-endemic brands) around our Gaming, Entertainment and New Sports centric assets. Currently this included high-class rights holders such as Eintracht Spandau, Instinct3, PDC Europe, Baller League, gamescomLAN, Martin Schindler and connected crossover events hosted within our group.

Your overarching goal is to implement a sales driven but still client centric approach as well as on-going up-selling strategy. You will make sure resources are being used in the most efficient way and you push to sell assets of our new sports centric assets to maximize utilization of them.

Later on, you may take over leadership and strategic responsibility for the department. Finally help the Managing Director on Revenue Forecast, Financial topics and stay on top of current client status.

YOUR MISSION

  • Define and implement an in-depth sales strategy covering sales targets and revenue goals per (Key) client in line with the company goals and in close alignment withour Rightsholder Management
  • Achieve the budgeted sales goals and always be on top ofcurrent status
  • Review sales pipeline/forecast tools (CRM, currentlyHubspot). Ensureharmoniseddeployment and full usage of the sales tools in place.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts,maintainexecutive level relationship throughout the sales cycle and beyond andidentifyup-sell opportunities
  • Reach out pro-actively(cold acquisition)to new potential (key) clients and contacts to present them either standard proposals - adjusted to partner - or creativebrand partnershipconcepts
  • Ensure commercial and contract compliance ismaintainedwithin the identified contracts
  • Manage complex contract negotiations
  • Prepare client kickoff meetings and presentations based on client needs
  • Travel toassistor take the lead with the running of presentations, coordinate/select team members for client meeting participation
Your profile
  • A minimum of7years of work experiences, preferably within agency,mediaand/or sportsas well as gamingindustry
  • Must be fluent in speaking and writing in German and English
  • Proficient in condensing information, bringing it to the pointwithin internal briefings
  • Ability to workunder timepressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Client centric work ethics and a sales driven approach,willing toincrease revenues onnew andexisting clients year over year
  • To be recognized by our customer as being ‘Customer Centric’ and a highly professionalmarketing agency
  • Independence; negotiation, problem-solving and decision making
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a result-driven environment, capable of prioritizing list of tasks and adhering to deadlines
  • Solid understanding for thenew sports, gaming& entertainmentscene, including marketing and analytics, a major plus
  • Able to adjust standardPowerPointpresentations when needed(verbally and visually)
