You are an experienced Account Executive (f/m/d) who confidently operates at the C-level, thrives in a competitive environment, and is looking for an innovative SaaS company where you can truly make an impact? In this role, you will be a key growth driver: identifying new opportunities, winning over potential customers, and positioning our product as a critical part of their business success.


Qualifications


  • You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech environment

  • You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • You possess excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, and are able to inspire customers at all decision-making levels

  • You quickly grasp complex SaaS solutions and can convincingly articulate their value to customers

  • You are proficient in using CRM systems like HubSpot and use them efficiently in your workflow

  • You are a self-motivated team player who enjoys achieving results and closing deals

  • You are open to remote work and willing to travel as needed

  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken


Responsibilities


  • You will actively identify and approach new potential customers through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking

  • You will manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing – with a focus on mid-sized and large B2B companies

  • You will present our SaaS solution with confidence, highlighting its value in helping customers achieve their business goals — both remotely and on-site

  • You will build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and communicate effectively at C-level

  • You will collaborate closely with our Solution Consultants to ensure a seamless and successful sales process

  • You will consistently meet and exceed your sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth

  • You will maintain and update sales data and reports in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
