We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Analyst to support the Senior Web Manager in managing and optimizing our corporate website. This role blends technical expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, quality assurance, and digital content strategy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, newsroom‑style environment, proactively contributing ideas and solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
As a key member of the web team, you will be responsible for authoring and publishing content, conducting QA checks, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class digital experiences. This position requires a solutions‑oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting strategic initiatives led by the Senior Web Manager.
Build, edit, and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and UX best practices.
Leverage AEM componentry and templates to structure pages effectively for scalability and engagement.
Apply UX/UI principles to ensure content is visually compelling, accessible, and user‑friendly.
Collaborate with UX, SEO, product, and development teams to enhance digital experiences.
Conduct thorough QA checks on new pages, updates, and multimedia elements for accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness.
Validate compliance with ADA accessibility standards and internal governance policies.
Utilize basic front‑end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to troubleshoot and implement minor fixes.
Coordinate with development teams for complex technical issues.
Partner with Web Analytics to monitor site performance and user engagement using tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve workflows and content effectiveness.
Follow established publishing workflows and contribute to process improvements.
Assist in documenting best practices and supporting governance initiatives.
Manage image cropping, video integration, and other media assets for seamless functionality.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
