Join us as (Senior) Manager Project Management Office (m/f/d) for our SAP S/4HANA implementation — one of the most impactful digital transformation initiatives in Europe. In this pivotal role, you will operate from the central Program Management Office, directly supporting senior leadership to ensure smooth planning, execution, and governance across all workstreams. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll be instrumental in keeping the program on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
Support the planning, coordination, and control of the full SAP S/4HANA transformation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Drive structured program reporting, including weekly status updates, milestone tracking, and proactive Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) management.
Maintain high-quality, consistent documentation across program plans, dashboards, governance logs, and decision trackers.
Orchestrate key governance meetings such as steering committees, design authority boards, and cross-workstream status sessions.
Enforce the adoption of program standards, templates, and delivery best practices across teams and implementation partners.
Ensure compliance with governance protocols and audit requirements, safeguarding program integrity.
Support seamless resource planning, onboarding processes, and the effective handling of change requests.
Drive data-informed decision-making by delivering accurate, real-time KPIs and performance insights to leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a multinational company or strategy consulting environment.
Proven success in program or project management for large-scale ERP projects — SAP preferred.
Strong understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) operations and methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent).
Experience engaging with senior management and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel.
A business partnering mindset with the confidence to challenge and support stakeholders effectively.
A result- and solution-oriented mindset with a positive “can-do” attitude.
Excellent communication and coordination skills in business fluent English; German is a plus.
Industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods is considered a strong advantage.
