You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Germany as Technical Business Analyst
Your concrete missions will be the following:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Support the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user guides, and FAQs
- Collaborate with IT and business teams across Europe and Asia
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
- Improve and maintain regulatory reports in collaboration with business and compliance teams
- Participate in testing and help ensure quality standards are met
- Support project coordination tasks, including tracking deliverables and timelines
- Participate in the evaluation and pilot implementation of AI tools
- Learn about IT infrastructure and systems in a hands-on setting
- Be less than 28 years old
- Be graduated of Master Degree
- Be EU citizen

A previous experience is ideally.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus;
- Interest in IT systems or infrastructure (e.g., networks, directories);
- Familiarity with scripting, reporting tools, or AI technologies is a bonus.
- A strong interest in technology, data, and financial services;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Fluent English, French and German are a plus
