Team Responsibilities
Our team focuses on the development, maintenance, and support of the group's Inkasso / Exkasso system. We act as the interface between business units and IT, ensuring smooth, digital company processes. In our team, you'll meet people who take responsibility and bring their personal strengths. Your Role
- Shape project work with your expertise: From analysis to leading cross-divisional projects related to the development of IT systems and processes.
- Maintain oversight and communicate with our business departments: Be a competent contact point between business units and IT to translate requirements into technical processes.
- Test management: Contribute to test processes and methods. Develop and execute automated testing procedures.
- Manage the Inkasso / Exkasso system: Create technical instructions for processing payment systems, including initiation, review, and analysis of IKS cases. Handle the setup, maintenance, and support of existing system interfaces.
- Qualifications: Completed training as an insurance and financial investment clerk or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Experience in traditional or agile project management is advantageous.
- Knowledge: Skills in creating technical concepts and process modeling.
- Personal qualities: Analytical and conceptual working style, good understanding of complex processes, quick comprehension, strong persuasion and teamwork skills, customer-oriented thinking.
