We are looking for individuals who want to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany.

- Location: USAG Stuttgart - Panzer Kaserne, Böblingen, Germany
- Start date: Immediately
- Job Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC)
The Housing Services Office provides housing and referral services to military personnel and their families within the USAG Stuttgart area and a 60 km radius. Responsibilities include acquiring property listings, supporting house-hunting, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and assisting clients in person, via phone, and email.
- Fluent in English and German
- Valid driving license
- Must have base access
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a background check
- Knowledge of German real estate practices and leasing (highly desirable)
- Assist with move-in, move-out, and inspection processes
- Coordinate property viewings and act as intermediary between tenants and landlords
