The Labourer/Sweeper will perform janitorial and light maintenance tasks based on verbal instructions. The role involves physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including around aircraft.

• Maintain cleanliness of hangars, offices, washrooms, and similar areas using appropriate equipment under supervision.
• Paint walls, floors, machinery, and equipment as assigned.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, windows, and landscape company grounds, including snow and ice removal.
• Dispose of garbage and assist with chemical waste removal.
• Sweep ramp areas and unload vehicles.
• Assist maintenance trades as needed.
• Remove debris and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Move office furniture or equipment as directed by supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs periodically.
• Experience with cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Participation in continuous improvement activities.
• Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Secret Level II Security Clearance, and Transport Canada RAIC clearance.
