We’re looking for a compassionate, collaborative Personal Support Worker (PSW) who values meaningful relationships and understands that care is as much about heart as it is about skill. Located in beautiful Belle River, Ontario, this brand‑new Residence, opening in 2026, will offer 96 single‑occupancy rooms with ensuite, and 64 shared rooms, each designed for comfort and dignity. Residents will enjoy 24‑hour nursing care alongside a range of personalized supports that help them live well, feel valued, and stay connected to what matters most in their lives.
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you’ll support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure their well‑being, comfort, and dignity. Reporting to the Director of Care and Home Area (HA) Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the care team to deliver personalized, respectful care.
