A well-known charitable organization in Canada seeks an experienced Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations and support the Executive Director. The role includes supervising staff, managing records, and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures. Ideal candidates will have a formal post-secondary education and at least three years of administrative experience. The position is full-time, mid-senior level, with a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.

The Administration Manager oversees the administrative operations of the Ministry Unit, provides executive-level support to the Executive Director, and ensures effective functioning of organizational systems including administrative workflows, HR administrative support, financial documentation processes, and Workday Operations Support (WOS). The role supervises the Administrative Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator, maintains personnel and volunteer records, coordinates administrative compliance requirements, and serves as a key member of the Ministry Unit management team.

The target hiring range for this position is $51,873.29 to $64,841.61 with a maximum of $77,809.93. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
