An esports company in Toronto, Canada is seeking on-site event team members for tournaments and industry events. The role involves setting up equipment, assisting attendees, and managing tournament operations. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and enjoy working under pressure in live environments. This is not a remote position. Experience with tournament administration tools is preferred, but a passion for gaming and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
We are building an on‑site event team for esports tournaments, mixers, and industry networking events. These staff members are the frontline of the experience — responsible for setting up equipment, assisting attendees, gathering customer feedback, and helping administer esports tournaments.
This is not a remote role. You will work on location during events, helping ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience.
