A Canadian health nonprofit seeks a Lead for Person-Centered Care & Programs to manage initiatives improving lung health. Reports to: Director, Person-Centered Care and Programs
Location: Hybrid (two days in the office per week). The Lung Health Foundation is based in Toronto and operates in a hybrid model, in which staff are required to work at the office a minimum of two days each week with occasional travel within Ontario and across Canada as required.
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
Notes: This is a temporary, 16-month (approx.) parental‑leave replacement contract position, pending the return of the incumbent. This role does not include employee benefits; however, the selected candidate may choose between receiving 6% vacation pay or 15 days of paid vacation.

The Lead, Person-Centered Care & Programs will be responsible for supporting Lung Health Foundation’s key projects and programs for Canadians with lived experiences, working collaboratively across the Programs Department and organization. This role contributes to the execution of program services and support for Canadians with lived experiences, using evidence-based approaches. The lead will actively collaborate and support the shared deliverables within the Programs Department, engaging with multiple stakeholders within and external to the organization. Under the guidance of the Director, the Lead will help support engagement, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of program services to improve future offerings.
Core to the Lead’s success will be the ability to establish and foster relationships with diverse partner groups with an emphasis on people living with lung disease. By building strong partnerships and driving innovation, the Lead will help shape the future of respiratory care across Ontario and Canada. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in respiratory health, a commitment to health equity, and a passion for improving the lives of patients and communities.
The Lead will collaborate with teams across LHF to align project efforts with the needs of community partners, organizational goals and contribute to emerging initiatives and priorities as they evolve.
The Lead will support the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, primarily focused on advancing the services and support for the Loop Network (https://theloop.lunghealth.ca/) and community partners. Key responsibilities include:
