The Impact You’ll Make:

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level, specialized, strategic, and hard-to-fill positions. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring teams and leadership stakeholders to provide expert guidance and recommendations on talent strategies and hiring processes. In this role, you will continually partner with hiring teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies and methodologies which meet the business needs to fill open positions effectively, through sourcing and selecting top talent.

What You'll Do:
Strategic Recruitment & Relationship Management:
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and innovative recruiting techniques.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level, specialized, strategic, and hard-to-fill positions, from attracting through to onboarding
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, utilizing a variety of channels including direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and online platforms.
Data-Driven Approach:
  • Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, focusing on building relationships with high‑potential candidates.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the talent acquisition function.
  • Applies market and analytics knowledge (e.g. what to track, how to track & provides insights and recommendations to stakeholders).
Employer Branding & Marketing:
  • Partner with the employer branding team to develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media presence and engage with potential candidates online.
  • Create compelling job postings and employer branding materials that attract top talent.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Extensive and relevant experience in recruitment within a corporate and / or agency environment supporting strategic, specialized, or technical teams
  • Strong understanding of “leading market” sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods; effective at identifying and sourcing passive candidates; strong direct sourcing. Familiarity with Boolean search strings.
  • Ability to effectively manage technical and/or strategic portfolios consisting of 12‑15+ vacancies/requisitions at one time
  • Well developed advisory skills, effective influencing, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to details and maintain accurate records
  • Tactful and diplomatic; demonstrates discretion and business acumen; able to work with diverse personalities and work styles
  • Proficient at prioritizing tasks and multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and effective negotiation skills
