Venor is proud to partner with Raffle Systems Inc. (RSI) in the search for a Designer + Production Artist.

RSI is an Atlantic Canada–based technology company supporting charities through its flagship platform, Play4Good, which enables organizations across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia to run secure, high-impact weekly raffles that deliver real community benefit. With a growing roster of partner charities and a mission rooted in social good, RSI is expanding its customer operations to better support players and partner organizations across the region.

As RSI continues to scale, this creative role will be essential to shaping the look, feel, and performance of Play4Good campaigns. The Designer + Production Artist will support partners by producing polished, high-quality assets across digital, print, and web, ensuring every file is both visually compelling and technically flawless.

What you’ll be doing
  • Concept, design, and refine a wide range of campaign materials, including social media graphics, posters, brochures, digital signage, display ads, and website visuals.
  • Translate campaign messaging into cohesive, brand-aligned creative concepts.
  • Develop reusable design systems and templates for recurring campaigns.
  • Build pixel-perfect, production-ready files optimized for print, digital, and web.
  • Prepare press-ready documents including bleeds, CMYK profiles, dielines, and proper export settings.
  • Adapt artwork to various platforms and aspect ratios while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Manage version control, file naming, and organized asset structures.
  • Use Figma to create responsive layouts, UI-ready assets, and web graphics.
  • Export optimized digital assets (SVG, PNG, WebP, JPG) aligned with platform requirements.
  • Ensure compatibility with Meta, Google Ads, and basic web accessibility guidelines.
  • Conduct preflight checks for print and digital deliverables.
  • Refine final outputs to meet brand and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, account managers, and project coordinators.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain and organize an internal asset library for team and client use.
What we are looking for
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Designer, Production Artist, or hybrid creative, ideally within an agency, studio, or multi-client environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver both strong creative concepts and technically accurate, production-ready files.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:Photoshop: retouching, compositing, digital graphics; Illustrator: vector artwork, icons, scalable assets; InDesign: layouts, multi-page design, print preparation
  • Strong Figma skills, including components, layout systems, and responsive exports.
  • Deep understanding of print processes, finishing techniques, and output standards.
  • Knowledge of digital asset optimization for web and social platforms.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and apply feedback effectively.
  • Experience in motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere), photography or video editing, Canva template systems, accessibility standards (AODA/WCAG), or regulated sectors (gaming, finance, health, public) not mandatory
  • Demonstrates a balanced blend of creativity, technical accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
