A leading drugstore chain in Canada is looking for a Post Office Team Leader to provide exceptional customer service and support within the Post Office department. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations. As one of Canada’s fastest‑growing and most successful drugstore chains, London Drugs is seeking innovative, customer focused people to join our team. The Post Office Team Leader position provides sales assistance and the highest level of customer service in all departments, with a specific focus on the Post Office department. In this role you will be responsible for problem solving customer mailing needs, ensuring merchandising standards are met, and maximizing sales opportunities.
This is a customer service position that requires a great deal of customer contact. You must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Responsibilities include performing inventory counts, merchandising, maintaining a professional sales image of the department, and assisting customers in all areas of the Post Office including mailing letters and parcels, PO box assistance, and Venture One and other CPC transactions.
You should have good interpersonal, motivational, and follow up skills, be willing to accept responsibility, and cope with stress, pressure, and remain calm when dealing with difficult situations. Basic PC knowledge is required. If you are well organized, self‑motivated, possessing professional sales experience, a positive attitude, a desire to support company initiatives, and a commitment to achieving company objectives, this is an opportunity for you to excel.
