nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.

As a Project Manager, you will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on evaluating how the nCino product can best meet our clients’ needs and working with the Implementation Consultant to oversee the application of a seven-step implementation process with nCino bank and credit union customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Learn the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System Application
  2. Become certified with at least two different certifications within 6 months of your hire date
  3. Work in tandem with your nCino Implementation Consultant to evaluate the needs, processes, and policies of your client base, configure the nCino system efficiently to meet those needs, and implement the system within the institution
  4. Oversee all aspects of the software implementation project, typically lasting 10-16 weeks
  5. Manage daily project loads among three to six concurrent clients and answer all project-related questions promptly
  6. Understand, organize, and evaluate client risks and needs to identify major issues, obstacles, and risks
  7. Write two customer-facing nCino Knowledge articles per quarter based on issues and solutions identified during implementation
  8. Create and manage Project Plans and lead regular Project status meetings for each client
  9. Demo and train customers on the use of the nCino software as part of the implementation process
  10. Assist customers with user acceptance testing of the nCino Bank Operating System
  11. Oversee customers during go-live and manage the handoff to the nCino Support and Customer Success Team
Qualifications
  • Previous financial industry experience required, specifically in commercial or SBA lending, with familiarity in banking language and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 6 years of experience or a combination of education, experience, and superior performance
  • Exceptional communication skills and an innovative problem-solving personality
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate professionally, positively, and constructively with customers; comfortable with public speaking and leading meetings
  • Ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, projects, and workload to meet schedules
  • Strong analytical mindset to observe client processes and analyze how nCino can benefit them
  • Strong leadership skills; previous managerial and project management experience preferred
  • Ability to present and explain project-specific information to diverse audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems or systems built on relational databases is a plus
