Role: AWS Account Executive
Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with our partner AWS’s sales and customer success organizations, specifically within the contact center space
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and push your professional boundaries to acquire new industry knowledge and skills
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and logos to grow NeuraFlash
  • Maintain lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Aim to be a top-performing Account Executive, exceeding sales quotas to support growth targets
  • Act as a problem solver for clients, understanding pain points and demonstrating how NeuraFlash can help them operate at full potential
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space
  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS)
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers and upselling to existing accounts
  • Strong presentation skills in front of internal and external stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, top 10% performance
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
