Digital Messaging & Campaign Execution Analyst

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — 2–3 days onsite per week

Job Summary

As a Digital Messaging & Campaign Execution Analyst, you’ll bring together creative design and technical development to build and execute marketing campaigns across authenticated digital channels and email platforms. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges marketing and technology, ideal for someone who is both design-minded and code-savvy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, and launch digital marketing campaigns using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Configure dynamic content and personalization logic for targeted messages
  • Support digital journey and marketing teams in campaign execution
  • Conduct QA testing across platforms, devices, and email clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative and technical standards
  • Ensure compliance with CASL and other privacy regulations
  • Refine and troubleshoot vendor-delivered code to enhance campaign quality
  • Work with design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and Sketch
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Stay up to date on front-end development and digital marketing trends
Required Experience
  • 3–5+ years in digital campaign development or front-end development
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript with responsive design experience
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Responsys
  • Hands-on with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
  • Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Contentful)
  • Use of QA tools such as Litmus or Movable Ink
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Experience with personalized data-driven campaigns
  • Background in both technical development and marketing execution
  • Certifications in HTML/CSS or a degree in Marketing, Design, or Computer Science
