A leading sports and entertainment organization in Toronto is seeking a Total Rewards Coordinator to manage benefits and pension administration. Responsibilities include maintaining HRIS data integrity, generating reports, and coordinating wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience with HRIS systems like Workday. The Total Rewards Coordinator is responsible for supporting the company's total rewards strategy, including benefit, pension, and other program administration and reporting.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and external partners to provide insights, manage data governance, and ensure equitable administration of total reward offerings.
