We are seeking a RevOps Strategist with deep technical experience in GTM implementations, GA4 architecture, and multiâchannel offline conversion tracking to help deliver worldâclass solutions within our Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations practice. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of handsâon experience across customerâside or 1â2+ years agencyâside, implementing and managing marketing automation and analytics environments (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), accompanied by strong technical fluency in tracking infrastructure and revenue data workflows.
Youâll collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Operations, serving as both a technical problem solver and strategic advisor. This is a role for a growthâminded operator who can identify RevOps gaps, architect scalable solutions, and surface crossâsell and upsell opportunities while delivering exceptional client service.
Key technical competencies for this role include GTM (web + serverâside optional), GA4, data modeling, offline conversion tracking for Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms, lifecycle automation, lead scoring, routing logic, ABM execution, and revenue reporting frameworks.

This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack.
